What we collect when you register
Your name, email address and mobile number; who the registration is for, and the wearer's city and age range; the language you would like our letters in; and, if you are registering yourself, your primary guardian's name, relationship to you and mobile number. We also keep the choices you ticked — the pilot terms, check-in calls, and whether you want to hear about future releases.
Why
To hold or review your place in the Founding 150, to write to you about it, and to run the pilot with you. We write only about your place unless you asked to hear about future releases.
Where it goes
Your registration is stored by Eviate on our own servers, and read by the Eviate team. Our letters are sent through Resend. If you pay the deposit, Cashfree handles the payment: we receive whether it succeeded, the amount and a reference — never your card, UPI or bank details. The bot check on the registration form is Cloudflare Turnstile.
Google Analytics — only if you allow it
We count visits with Google Analytics, to see how families find the pilot — but only if you choose Allow when the site asks. Google then sees which pages you visit (never the private link in our emails, and never what you type into the form), your device and browser, your approximate city, and how you arrived. No thanks keeps Google Analytics off entirely.
In this browser
While you register, your answers are kept in this tab's session storage so a refresh does not lose them. Closing the tab clears them. Your analytics choice is remembered in this browser until you change it.
Your details, your say
Write to us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Your deposit stays refundable on the terms you agreed to.
